Kinesiosophy — the art of returning to balance

Waves of Light Kinesiology is the practice of Helen Fraser: a meeting place for deep kinesiology, esogetic colour healing and the quiet, quantum edge of modern energy work.

The founder

Meet Helen Fraser

Helen's journey as a health and well-being practitioner started in the 1980s. What began as a search for balance became a calling to hold that space for others.

Helen works with the individual's whole being — she is a hands-on healer. Using her knowledge, intuition and a spectrum of health and well-being disciplines, she intuits, diagnoses and resolves issues that are sometimes overlooked or placed too deeply among an array of life experiences.

Trained in both classical and advanced kinesiology, Helen weaves muscle monitoring together with esogetic colour and crystal work, terahertz frequency healing, sound healing, flower essences, chakra and auric balancing, Tibetan Figure of Eight energies, and Reiki. The through-line is always the same: meet the person, not the symptom.

Helen is passionate in her pursuit of the transformation and healing that her clients seek. She will redress, restore and empower in order to heal all manner of trauma — buried or otherwise — that if left unchecked will cause chaos and misconstruction in one's life.

From her practice in Gisborne, she works slowly and without judgement — making room for the body to surface what it has been carrying, and for the nervous system to finally exhale.

Philosophy

What we believe about healing

01

The body knows first

Before the mind can explain it, the body has already registered the stress. We listen there — using muscle monitoring as a doorway to what is held beneath awareness.

02

Quantum meets traditional

Terahertz and esogetic frequency work sit alongside classical kinesiology and Reiki. Old wisdom and new physics, pointed at the same outcome: coherence.

03

Clear the sabotage

Most goals stall on subconscious patterns we never chose. Naming and releasing them is where lasting change begins.

The Seven Hermetic Principles

The universal laws that guide the work

Kinesiology is grounded in universal principles that have underpinned healing traditions for millennia. These seven laws map directly onto the chakra system and inform how we read and rebalance the body's energy field.

Mentalism

Crown

All is mind. The universe is mental. Thought shapes reality at every level — healing begins in the field of consciousness.

White/Violet

Correspondence

Third Eye

As above, so below; as within, so without. The patterns in the body mirror patterns in life, relationships and beliefs.

Indigo

Vibration

Throat

Everything vibrates. Nothing rests. Frequency work — through sound, colour and crystal — moves the body toward resonance.

Blue

Rhythm

Heart

Everything flows and swings like a pendulum. Healing works with natural cycles, not against them.

Green

Cause & Effect

Solar Plexus

Nothing happens by chance. Symptoms have root causes — kinesiology locates where the chain of cause began.

Yellow

Polarity

Sacral

Everything has poles; opposites are identical in nature but different in degree. Balance is not the absence of polarity — it is integration.

Orange

Generation

Root

Everything has its masculine and feminine principles. True healing honours both the active and receptive forces within us.

Red

"The life that you live is held in the memory of your being."

— M Michaelis

Healing isn't something done to you. It's a remembering — of the balance that was always yours.
