Coming home to the body

Centred, grounded, balanced — words we use loosely. Here is what they feel like from the inside of a session.

We say the words so often they lose their edges — centred, grounded, balanced. But from the inside of a session, each one has a distinct, unmistakable feeling.

Centred is the moment the noise drops and you're behind your own eyes again. Grounded is the weight returning to your feet, the sense of being held by something beneath you. Balanced is when the bracing finally stops.

Coming home to the body isn't a metaphor. It's a felt return — and once you've felt it, you know the way back.

Ready when you are

Curious how this feels in the body?
